The Lab

Our upcoming short film “The Lab” is cast and set to shoot on June 19th and 20th!!!

We could not be happier about getting back on set to shoot another narrative. Trask and myself wrote a script entitled “The Lab” based on a concept I pitched to the team awhile back. Trask came to me one day and said, “Can I start writing that?” and I could not say no. I am pretty excited about what the story has become after multiple edits and drafts. Here’s a brief synopsis…

THE LAB
Damon and Trevor, two lower class teenage boys, decide to spend an afternoon of boredom shooting roman candles at each other and running through the woods. When Trevor is forced to run from Damon in order to avoid being hit by a fireball, he stumbles across, what appears to be, an abandoned trailer home. Damon, the braver one of the two, decides to take a peek inside against Trevor’s will. When Damon gets inside he steps into, unbeknownst to himself, an active meth lab. Damon snoops around not knowing what lies behind a bedroom door and comes face to face with death proving that some things are better left alone.
