Making the Feature
We recently visited Henderson, Kentucky to visit our new friend and author of our newly optioned book Joey Goebel.
Three years have past and we now have the complete story rights to the novel Torture the Artist by Joey Goebel!!!! This is an extremely exciting thing for us, because we are now in development on our first feature film and we really think that this book has what it takes to be a hit.
Our first step in the process was to go to Henderson, Kentucky where author Joey Goebel lives and get to know him a little bit. Kentucky is a green, beautiful place and the hospitality from Joey and his family was awesome. We discussed the book and what needed to be done in order for it to make the film transfer remotely easy and also made time to impregnate ourselves with a buffet of BBQ!
We decided to document our whole process in making this film, so we will quit talking and let you enjoy the video below!!!
