You better believe it! Progress Coffee and Lucky Rabbit teamed up to make the most over-caffeinated and tasty coffee drink known to man!!!
Our neighbors at Progress Coffee have become good friends of ours over the last year and the shop has turned into our little refuge when we are feeling drained from the day. It was only natural for us to say yes when Joshua, the owner, came to us with the idea of making a drink with our name on it. Joshua asked us what we wanted out of it and we replied, “We want it to be as powerful as crack in a glass”.
With that in mind we spent a few weeks working on different combinations of caffeinated beverages (the worst combo by far was Mexican Coke and Espresso). After various concoctions we finally settled on an iced mixture of espresso, Progress’ famous Iced Lighting, Toddy, whipped cream, and...of course...Carrots!!! What??? Yeah...I said it...I’m a rabbit and I need my carrots!!!
Now get over to Progress and get your day started with a little Rocket Fuel!!! Thanks so much to all of our peeps at Progress who brighten our day each time we go in there!!!
